All of you stubborn Lance Berkman owners have one more chance to take advantage of his trade value before it is too late.

I mentioned last week that Berkman’s trade value had reached it’s peak, you didn’t listen as he plummeted into an 0 for 15 slump. You are lucky he came back to life and whacked a homer before anyone noticed. SELL IT or regret it.

Buy now on Ubaldo Jimenez (SP-COL) He won’t be cheap but he will cost less than he is worth. Sale ends soon.

Justin Turner (2B-NYM) hit his first major league home run on Sunday off the Houston Astros. He went 2 for 4, with 5 RBI, and 2 doubles. If he continues to bat even remotely close to this well, he should continue to see regular at bats even when I-Like-Ike comes back.

Mark DeRosa- (OF, 3B-SF) There is something to be said about the lack of appreciation toward position eligibility in fantasy baseball. According to Giants' manager, Bruce Bochy, he will play 3B for at least another month while Pablo Sandoval recovers from injury.

When you are competing against Miguel Tejada and Mike Fontenot, you look much more handsome than normal. DeRosa is a nice add, even if you only need some depth.

Darwin Barney (SS-CHC) If for some reason Barney is still available, go grab him now. He is the most consistent rookie in the Major League right now.

Tyson Ross (SP-OAK) didn’t have to wait long to secure a spot in the Oakland rotation. He has fantasy potential with a 2.50 ERA 2 wins in a row and 24 strikeouts in his 36 innings so far this season.

I enjoy watching him pitch, he has an extremely calm demeanor and shows confidence in his stuff.

Since making the transition into the rotation, he has maintained a 1.35 ERA, with 18 strikeouts and only five walks.  He may not yet strike out as many batters as would like, but he has gone at least six innings in all four of his starts helps keep his ERA and WHIP down and offers your team wins.

Jayson Nix – (OF, 3B- TOR) Should be in the starting line-up this afternoon His position eligibility adds to the fact that he had 2HR, 5RBI, and 3SB in 45 at bats to start 2011. His batting average won’t help any, but you can’t have it all….

While you are at it, add his brother Laynce Nix (OF-WAS) to your radar. He is batting fourth in the Nationals line-up and has a much more desirable .310 average. In 84 at bats so far, he has hit 5 homers, 5 doubles, 16 RBI, 13 Runs, and has even stolen a couple of bags. Shoooooot, just forget Jayson and grab Laynce.

Carlos Peguero (OF-SEA) Seattle has finally given up on Milton Bradley. When the Mariners can’t even deal with the antics, it’s pretty bad. Anyway, Peguero has a chance to earn regular time if he can learn some quick plate discipline. He has  power potential so keep an eye on him just in case…

Kenley Jansen (RP-LAA)  Jonathan Broxton is out at least another month, Hong-Chih Kuo is battling extreme anxiety and Padilla may not be the guy the Dodgers can rely on to close out games.

On Friday, Jansen got the opportunity to bail Padilla out of trouble after he allowed 2 ER, and walked 2 batters to allow the go-ahead runner on base in the ninth inning.

Jansen struck out Melvin Mora to earn the save. Jansen had a rough start to the season, but since being called back up from Triple-A, he hasn't allowed a run in three appearances. Jansen has a ton of talent, but hey, if he can’t hang, there’s always good ol’ Mike MacDougal..

Ty Wigginton (1B,2B,3B-COL) The position eligibility in itself is reason to grab Wiggy, who was activated from the DL on Friday. He will get you some homers and should see enough playing time in the OF to add that to his eligibility. These utility guys will come in real handy throughout the season, trust me.
